This Registered Practical Nurse role supports residents and families within Aspira Barrieview’s retirement team. You will provide assistance with daily living, resident services, and ongoing cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support. The position also includes oral and dental care, transportation assistance, and household assignments.
Key Responsibilities: Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming according to care plans
Answer resident call bells and door alarms promptly
Transport residents to activities, dining, and health services
Provide cognitive, social, emotional,



and spiritual support
Complete assigned laundry and housekeeping duties
Requirements: Hold a current Registered Practical Nurse licence
Demonstrate compassion and dedication supporting seniors
Communicate effectively with residents and staff
Work independently and as part of a team
Pass required vulnerable sector and criminal records checks
Bring licensed nursing care, resident support, and transparent communication to Aspira Barrieview’s senior living community in Barrie.
