ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services, partnering with Moose Cree group of companies, seeks Bakers for remote lodge operations. You will coordinate handling, preparation, production, and timely service while following standardized recipes and baking standards. Qualified remote camp or commercial baking experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare pastries, pies, cookies, squares, cakes, and bakery items
Set up workstations with ingredients and equipment
Measure, weigh, mix, and prepare baking ingredients
Operate ovens, stoves, mixers, and related equipment
Store food and sanitize areas according to safety procedures
Requirements: Previous baker or related experience preferred
Knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety
Required food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification
Basic math and counting skills
Written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
Use commercial baking, food safety, and production skills while serving guests at ARAMARK’s remote lodge near Timmins.
