Serve guests through front desk service, food and drink delivery, and booking support at Ontario’s striking boutique hotel stays. Evening and weekend work is required.
As a front desk team member, you are the face of the brand and interact with guests throughout each day. You will manage guest communications, bookings, room-service delivery, and lobby shop restocking. The work also includes coordinating cleanings with housekeeping staff and supporting exceptional guest experiences at properties in Calabogie and Collingwood.
Key Responsibilities: Serve food and drinks to hotel guests
Manage guest communications and bookings
Deliver room-service orders throughout the property
Restock the lobby shop regularly
Coordinate cleanings with housekeeping staff
Requirements: High school education at minimum
Passion for hospitality and guest interaction
Comfort using iPhones, iPads, and apps
Post-secondary tourism training is preferred
Hands-on hospitality experience is a bonus
Bring hospitality, empathy, and guest service skills to front desk and bartender work across Calabogie and Collingwood.
