As a Security Supervisor, you will lead guards, maintain schedules, and support smooth security operations. The position requires customer service, team management, and clear instruction-following. You will also complete reports and manage access cards for the site.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of on-site security guards
Manage and maintain the team’s daily schedule
Ensure guards follow and understand updated instructions
Issue and manage access cards
Complete daily and incident reports
Requirements: Three to five years’ security and team management experience
Excellent leadership skills
Valid Ontario security license
WSIB-approved first aid certification
Minimum high school diploma and Canadian work authorization
Bring security supervision, scheduling, leadership, and reporting experience to GardaWorld’s on-site team in Mississauga.
