Job Summary: As an Associate Account Manager in Commercial Lines, your primary responsibility is to assist the Business Development Manager using your strong time management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Check accuracy of policies and endorsements

Process new, renewal, cancellation, and endorsement requests

New/Renewal proposal preparation

Issue invoices per company standards

Review and prioritize assigned tasks daily as required

Maintain accuracy of electronic files (Epic, Policy Works)

Follow agency procedures and insurer regulations

Other specific duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Level I General Insurance License (REQUIRED)

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and a Broker Management System (such as Applied EPIC, Policy Works, Indio)

Minimum one year of experience in the insurance industry is an asset
