The role focuses on ensuring all earthworks meet project specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards through inspections, testing, and documented process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of QC/inspection experience on earthworks or civil projects, with knowledge of soil mechanics and testing methods.
