As a PSW, you will support patients within ParaMed’s home and community care team. You will assist with activities of daily living, prepare meals, provide housekeeping, and offer companionship. This work helps patients enjoy a better quality of life while remaining in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with skin, hair, oral, bathing, toileting, and peri-care
- Prepare nutritious meals, snacks, and special diets
- Provide basic housekeeping tasks for patients
- Offer companionship supporting patients’ quality of life
- Encourage independence in home and community settings

Requirements:

- Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
- Compassionate and caring patient interactions
- Reliability and flexibility
- Valid driver license and vehicle access
