Support account opening and application review as a Canadian Operations Management Intern in a hybrid arrangement at Manulife. Build accuracy through operational work.
This internship supports account applications, documentation, workflow queues, and internal systems. You will follow established procedures while assisting account opening activities and maintaining service level commitments. The work also includes resolving basic discrepancies and supporting Advisors, customers, and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review current account applications and supporting documentation
- Support account opening using established operational guidelines
- Monitor workflow queues and service level commitments
- Follow up on outstanding administrative requirements
- Update accurate records within internal systems
Requirements:
- Ability to follow established procedures and operational guidelines
- Attention to application completeness and documentation accuracy
- Ability to research basic discrepancies and escalate issues
- Willingness to participate in training and team meetings
