The position supports centralized screening, intake, triage, and referral management. It involves clinical measures, telephone interviews, safety planning, service navigation, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review referrals against standardized OSP eligibility criteria
- Conduct telephone intake and triage interviews
- Complete risk assessments and safety planning
- Document referral, clinical, and scheduling information
- Provide basic counselling and service navigation

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in a related health discipline
- One to two years’ mental health experience
- Experience with screening, intake, triage, and referrals
- Knowledge of PHQ-9, GAD-7, and related measures
- Fluent written and verbal English and French
