As Logistics Coordinator, you will manage regional lease fleet activities and coordinate equipment movement to and from sites. Your work will support rental availability, transportation vendors, field service calls, inventory reconciliation, and client inquiries. The position suits candidates with logistics experience and robust administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage schedules, routes, and timelines for rental deliveries
- Maintain fleet availability lists, counts, layouts, and reports
- Issue Bills of Lading and maintain transportation logs
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, upgrades,



and field service calls
- Resolve transportation issues for clients and operations

Requirements:

- Two to four years’ logistics or supply chain experience
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking
- Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Business administration, supply chain, or commerce education preferred
