You will follow the YMCA Playing to Learn curriculum, build relationships with children and families, and collaborate with educators. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quality care and creative programming for children
- Deliver age-appropriate YMCA Playing to Learn programs
- Build positive relationships with children and families




- Maintain safe environments across program and common areas
- Follow YMCA, CCFL, and legal requirements

Requirements:

- Basic ECE certification recognized in British Columbia
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Emergency First Aid, CPR-C, and AED certification required
- Obtain required certification within 30 days after starting
- Provide three satisfactory references and required criminal record check
