This Demand Planner position focuses on historical sales analysis, demand planning, and inventory optimization. You will develop forecasts, interpret customer purchasing patterns, and assess seasonal demand fluctuations. The work connects analytical findings with commercial information and stakeholder input. Collaboration spans Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and update short, medium, and long-term sales forecasts
Analyze sales volumes, revenue trends, and purchasing behavior
Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and demand variability
Coordinate forecasts with inventory and replenishment requirements




Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, analytical, or technical discipline preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical reporting
Understanding of forecasting techniques and basic statistical analysis
Typically 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
Strong numerical, communication, organizational, and critical-thinking abilities
