Reporting to the Head of Human Resources – Canada, this QC/ON generalist provides operational support within a matrixed organization. The work spans Human Resources, payroll, benefits, pension, profit sharing, reporting, audits, and communications. You will support employees and managers across Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Process Human Resources, payroll, benefits, pension, and profit sharing information
Answer employee and manager inquiries about workplace programs
Process hiring, employee changes, terminations, and onboarding requirements
Complete full-cycle recruitment and background checks




Generate reports and assist with payroll audits
Requirements: Three to five years in Human Resources support required
Experience with Human Resources and payroll systems required
Post-secondary Human Resources or Business Administration degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
English and French proficiency required for oral and written communication
