This Licensed Practical Nurse position serves the Operating Room, Emergency, and Acute Care programs. You will use nursing processes and demonstrated skills while following applicable legislation, standards, policies, and procedures. The role supports secure, high-quality care for patients and families.

Work within an interprofessional health care team
Requirements: Complete an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse education program
Hold active or eligible Alberta practical nurse registration
Maintain a current Basic Cardiac Life Support certificate
Hold a Peri-operative Certificate for operating room practice
Have one to two years of operating room experience preferred
Use practical nursing expertise, peri-operative preparation, and clinical judgment to support patients at Provost Health Centre.
