This permanent full time DZ Driver/Picker reports to the Route Supervisor at 70 Couchie Industrial Road. The work covers yard waste, recycling, and garbage collection. You will follow collection schedules, deliver materials appropriately, and serve residents courteously while meeting safety, environmental, and municipal requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Collect residential yard waste, recycling, and garbage
Operate the rear loader truck safely
Follow collection and delivery schedules efficiently
Return emptied receptacles to residents’ properties
Lift loads weighing up to 50 pounds
Requirements: Valid DZ Driver’s Licence
Clean Driver’s Abstract without preventable accidents last year
Strong organizational skills and effective communication
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Schedule flexibility, including occasional Saturdays and holidays
Bring DZ driving, safe equipment operation, and courteous customer service to residential collection routes across North Bay.
