Key Responsibilities: Complete scheduled community visits within your scope
Provide ethical and safe nursing care
Assess individual patient needs using appropriate tools
Monitor and adjust care plans as required
Maintain skilled patient encounter records
Requirements: Current CNO registration as RN or RPN
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Willingness to travel between patient residences
Reliability and flexibility for community nursing
Required after-hours on-call coverage
