Working Monday through Friday from 4:30pm to 1:00am, the Inventory Coordinator administers facility shipments and receiving practices. The position supports cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, physical inventories, and inventory management. It also contributes to productivity, delivery reliability, safety stock, and inventory turns goals.
Key Responsibilities: Administer shipments received into the facility
Identify and address defects against acceptable standards
Complete and secure required receiving documentation
Assist with cycle counts and resolve inventory issues




Prepare and organize physical inventories
Requirements: Post-secondary supply chain, logistics, or related education
One to three years inventory control or receiving experience
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently and with teams
Apply inventory accuracy, receiving coordination, and analytical problem-solving skills across afternoon distribution centre operations.
