Support leaders and employees as a People and Culture Generalist in Mississauga, Ontario, with travel to remote construction sites required.
Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, you will provide professional human resources guidance and facilitate people solutions. Canem Systems seeks hands-on support across employee relations, compensation matters, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns. You will collaborate with operations leaders and divisional People and Culture groups to align initiatives with business needs.
Key Responsibilities: Advise leaders on compensation, evaluations, adjustments, and promotions
Support staffing, employee relations, and human resources processes
Coach leaders and foster employee trust and communication
Communicate employment legislation, regulations,



and organizational policies
Participate in resolving employee relations issues and complaints
Requirements: Ability to provide skilled human resources guidance
Knowledge of provincial employment legislation and regulations
Understanding of policy interpretation and respectful workplace concerns
Collaborative approach to People and Culture initiatives
Willingness to travel to remote construction sites
Bring employee relations, policy, and compensation expertise to strengthen People and Culture support across Canem Systems.
