This Client Service Representative role sits within the Program Group and serves an assigned book of business. You will communicate with clients and underwriters, monitor outstanding items, and help keep accounts current. Professional Lines expertise and attention to detail are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and service a profitable assigned book
Follow up on endorsements and outstanding policy information
Create abeyances and monitor timely resolution
Track client receivables and keep accounts up to date
Assist with special projects and management requests
Requirements: At least two years of relevant industry experience
Current AMF license
Bilingual French-English communication abilities
Knowledge of Qualified Lines policy wordings
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and organized approach
Support commercial insurance accounts with bilingual client communication, careful follow-up, and dependable service at BFL CANADA in Montreal.
