Key Responsibilities: Research and troubleshoot member transactions for Internal Solutions Centre
Identify and handle risks proactively across supported activities
Administer GL reconciliations, remittances, reviews, and balancing




Support branches and corporate services with knowledge and feedback
Research solutions supporting members’ financial well-being
Requirements: Grade 12 diploma
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Customer service orientation and communication skills
Organizational skills and effective time management
