This Licensed Practical Nurse position requires graduation from an accredited Practical Nurse Program and current positive standing with BCCNM. The work includes direct nursing care, clinical assessments, medication reviews, care planning, and resident transitions. Long term care nursing experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care, medications, treatments, and procedures
Evaluate nursing care plans and treatment effectiveness
Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers




Complete clinical assessments and follow planned interventions
Develop individualized care plans and communicate health changes
Requirements: Current good standing with BCCNM
Graduation from an accredited Practical Nurse Program
Two years long term care nursing experience preferred
Critical thinking and independent decision-making skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
Use BCCNM registration, clinical assessment, and care planning skills as a Licensed Practical Nurse supporting residents.
