Lead Financial Services Representatives at Conexus in Humboldt while applying customer service expertise, coaching skills, and branch operations knowledge. Some travel may be required.
As Financial Services Supervisor, you will develop leadership skills while supporting member experiences through an empowered, well-coached team. Your work includes recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering representatives across the Humboldt branch network. You will also perform cash management services for Humboldt, Wakaw, Cudworth, and Lanigan.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Financial Services Representatives
Help teams achieve personal, departmental, and organizational goals
Provide observational coaching and assist with goal setting




Conduct performance reviews for team members
Monitor Conexus targets, goals, and budgets
Requirements: Direct customer service experience
Formal or informal leadership exposure
Ability to resolve member complaints and system errors
Experience with branch operations and retail compliance
Comfort evaluating standards, deciding independently, and coaching others
Bring credible leadership, complex issue resolution, and coaching experience to Conexus’s Humboldt financial services team.
