You convert inbound leads, prospect through community outreach, and protect member retention. Key Responsibilities: Respond quickly to inquiries and book membership tours
Guide prospects through the Altea membership experience
Build pipelines through referrals, partnerships, and outreach
Conduct exceptional tours that reflect member experiences
Monitor engagement and conduct at risk member outreach
Requirements: One to three years in sales or customer-facing work
Ability to convert leads and manage pipelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
CRM or membership management experience is an asset
Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C maintained annually
