Lead Sephora’s beauty retail team in Nanaimo with coaching, client service, and sales expertise. This is a full-time position at BC-Nanaimo.

As an Interim Lead, you will help drive store success through client engagement, product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and team development. You will support onboarding, loyalty programs, brand initiatives, and daily operations while promoting an inclusive shopping setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach team members toward exceptional client service and sales goals
- Provide feedback and development supporting ongoing team performance
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
- Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards
- Promote openness, teamwork, and Sephora policies

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams toward goals
- Strong sales, client service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and required weekly shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
