Lead inbound call centre operations in Winnipeg with strong supervision, real-time guidance, and customer service oversight for Perimeter Aviation.

Reporting to the Winnipeg Base Manager, this supervisor directs representatives and leads while supporting reservations, disruptions, and service recovery. The position monitors performance, reinforces handling standards, and ensures compliance with established policies and operational requirements. It also supports frontline teams through timely escalation and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise agents handling inbound calls and reservations inbox workloads
- Monitor queues, volumes, workloads, and service continuity
- Guide escalations involving reservations, disruptions, and complex inquiries
- Coordinate staffing, breaks, holidays,



and training coverage
- Conduct audits, coaching, feedback, and improvement plans

Requirements:

- High school diploma or General Education Degree equivalent
- Minimum one year supervisory and customer service experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite experience, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to obtain applicable transportation security clearances
- Solid leadership, communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
