Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and support War Room’s sales pipeline. The role focuses on connecting with prospective clients and positioning digital marketing and technical services. Candidates need one to three years of B2B sales development or business development experience, including outbound prospecting and booking discovery meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Qualify inbound leads and book aligned discovery meetings
- Build targeted prospect lists using lemlist or LinkedIn Sales Navigator




- Develop and optimize multichannel outbound prospecting sequences
- Track activities, outcomes, and qualification details accurately in HubSpot

Requirements:

- One to three years of B2B sales development experience
- Robust interest in digital marketing, advertising, or technology services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and handling rejection
- Availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
