Coordinate in room dining orders at Four Seasons Whistler, using menu knowledge and attention to detail. This is a full time seasonal position.

As an In Room Dining Coordinator, you will support thoughtful guest experiences within a cooperative team. The work includes order taking, kitchen communication, amenities, menu updates, and administrative records. Prior Food & Beverage experience, customer focus, task prioritization, collaboration, and strong English are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take accurate orders using complete menu knowledge
- Coordinate guest amenities, pre-orders, and beverage requests
- Communicate special requests and orders to the kitchen
- Update menus and maintain accuracy in the IRIS system
- Record guest feedback and support administrative reports

Requirements:

- Prior experience in Food & Beverage
- Genuine customer-centric mindset and task prioritization ability
- Ability to communicate openly and work collaboratively
- Strong command of the English language
- Valid work authorization for Canada
