Bring professional painting skills to Pier 4’s residential communities in London, Ontario, with hands-on interior and exterior property work.
As a Painter, you will support the upkeep and revitalization of multi-family residential properties across Southwestern Ontario. The work includes surface preparation, painting, protective coatings, touch-ups, and aesthetic maintenance. You will collaborate with the Renovations Lead while maintaining organized, safe workspaces and managing materials efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Complete interior and exterior painting projects across residential properties
Prepare surfaces through sanding, scraping, patching, and cleaning
Apply paints, primers, and protective coatings to building surfaces




Perform aesthetic maintenance and touch-ups across the portfolio
Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces after projects
Requirements: Minimum five years of skilled painting experience
Required commercial painting experience across varied surfaces
Experience with exterior, balcony, line, and low-rise painting
Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds
Use detailed painting, surface preparation, and maintenance skills to improve Pier 4 communities throughout Southwestern Ontario.
