This Personal Support Worker position serves residents according to individual care plans and direction from the RPN charge nurse. Duties include hygiene, dressing, bathing, meals, call bells, reporting, and infection control. Candidates need a relevant certificate or equivalent experience, plus current CPR and First Aid Certification.
Key Responsibilities: Provide hygiene, dressing, and bathing assistance
Respond promptly to resident call bells and requests
Prepare, serve, deliver, and return meal trays
Report resident condition changes and incidents




Practice infection control protocols and record daily checklists
Requirements: Community college health care attendant or personal support worker certificate
Two or more years of experience, preferably geriatric
Current CPR and First Aid Certification
Excellent communication skills and empathy for seniors
Ability to adapt, collaborate, and support elderly residents
Bring compassionate personal care, transparent communication, and reliable reporting to residents while working under RPN direction.
