Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations and team leadership. This position emphasizes coaching, collaboration, customer satisfaction, and store performance. Responsibilities span hiring, training, inventory, merchandising, scheduling, omnichannel initiatives, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Coach and motivate team members on the sales floor
Prioritize customer satisfaction and exceptional service standards
Monitor KPIs and recommend actions supporting store goals
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning
Manage inventory, compliance, procedures, and daily floor coverage
Requirements: Two or more years managing teams in retail
Solid organization, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Proven ability to lead teams toward objectives
Fashion knowledge and a strong sense of style
Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
