The Operational Clinical Informatics Lead provides senior clinical informatics leadership for Digital Health within Alberta Kidney Care. You will support Connect Care adoption, implementation, optimization, and sustainability across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. The work connects clinical leadership, frontline staff, operational leaders, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: Support complex Clinical Information System issues through advanced analysis
Lead clinical workflow optimization and business process transformation
Apply change management methodologies supporting Connect Care adoption
Ensure Digital Health governance and regulatory alignment




Communicate system changes with clinical and operational leadership
Requirements: Undergraduate degree and five years health informatics experience
Ten years direct clinical experience or equivalent healthcare understanding
Active membership in an appropriate qualified organization
Extensive Kidney Care workflows and clinical informatics knowledge
Ten years leading organizational change in complex environments
Use clinical informatics, stakeholder engagement, and Connect Care expertise to advance sustainable Kidney Care digital health practices.
