The position also requires close collaboration with head office on launches, seasonal transitions, promotions, and special initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized service aligned with PAJAR’s brand positioning
Build relationships with local customers, VIPs, and enthusiasts
Resolve concerns with discretion and solution-oriented professionalism




Execute visual merchandising and maintain impeccable presentation
Coordinate launches, promotions, events, and seasonal transitions
Requirements: Three to five years managing retail teams
