You will build field, warehouse, and administration teams by partnering with hiring managers across the Mountain Region and beyond. The work covers skilled installers, service technicians, warehouse associates, administrators, and managers.
Key Responsibilities: Manage requisitions for multiple offices and business lines
Partner with hiring managers across the Mountain Region
Apply creative Talent Acquisition sourcing strategies
Conduct initial phone and video applicant interviews
Represent DH Pace at career and campus fairs
Requirements: Minimum three years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Robust time management across multiple responsibilities
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
