CIBC is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative for the Investor Services Inc (ISI) Contact Center in Montréal. You will be the first point of contact for ISI clients via phone and online channels, delivering high-quality client service and resolving inquiries with a client-first approach. You’ll undergo an industry-leading paid training program, starting mid-November, with about four weeks onsite training from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. EST.
