What You'll Be Doing

Lead, coach and support the binstores team to achieve daily operational goals

Oversee the safe storage, treatment and dispatch of fruit while maintaining product quality

Manage inventory accuracy, data recording and traceability requirements

Coordinate fruit movements with packhouse, transport and orchard teams to maximise efficiency

Run daily planning sessions and ensure resources are aligned to operational demands

Drive a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork and accountability

What You'll Bring

Previous experience leading or supervising a team





Forklift operating experience and willingness to obtain any required licences

Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple priorities

Confidence using computers and systems, including basic Excel skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships
