The Warehouse Operator receives, inspects, stores, and dispatches materials. Daily work includes inventory management, warehouse equipment operation, safety compliance, and warehouse management systems. The position coordinates with internal teams to fulfill orders within designated timelines.
Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for contents and condition
Organize materials systematically for accessible, productive storage
Prepare and package accurate, compliant shipment orders
Maintain inventory records through cycle counts and system updates




Coordinate order priorities with internal teams and timelines
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Proven warehouse or logistics experience
Basic inventory management and warehouse operations knowledge
Safe equipment operation, including forklifts with required certification
Ability to obtain Level II Secret and ITAR / CCG clearances
Bring inventory control, shipment documentation, equipment operation, and safety awareness to PAL Aerospace warehouse operations in Winnipeg.
