Develop branch banking expertise at TD Canada Trust by advising customers, completing transactions, and strengthening customer experience skills. This position is based in North York.
TD’s frontline branch team builds lasting customer relationships through service, information, and advice. As a Branch Banking Trainee, you will learn banking solutions and processes while supporting existing and prospective customers. The program includes training before placement in a compatible position within your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities: Understand customer needs and provide relevant banking information
Process customer transactions with timely, accurate execution
Promote suitable products and services when appropriate
Refer customers to team members or Bank partners




Maintain documentation consistent with regulations and TD standards
Requirements: High School diploma and relevant experience preferred
Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent certification within 90 days
Effective written and verbal customer communication skills
Independence, initiative, planning, and time management abilities
Bring customer focus, banking knowledge, administrative discipline, and communication skills to TD’s North York branch training pathway.
