Maintain accurate inventory records at MAD Elevator Inc. in Mississauga using variance analysis and cycle-count coordination. This full-time role follows an 8:00am to 4:30pm schedule.
As Inventory Control Coordinator, you will support stock accuracy and material availability across MAD’s 80,000-square-foot facility. The work includes ERP transactions, replenishment oversight, inventory health monitoring, and process improvement. You will communicate clearly with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Scheduling, Quality, and Stockroom teams.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate stock levels, locations, and inventory transactions
Analyze discrepancies, identify causes, and implement corrective actions
Plan cycle counts, review results, and complete follow-up actions




Monitor obsolescence risks and recommend actions to management
Coordinate replenishment and cross-functional inventory issue resolution
Requirements: Minimum two years of inventory control experience
College or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel abilities
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to lift 15 pounds
