The Resident Engagement Manager oversees programs that promote resident well-being, autonomy, and involvement in community life. You will evaluate activities, support team development, and uphold mandatory training and certifications. The role also includes partnerships, communications, volunteer coordination, and program delivery aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities: Enhance resident well-being, autonomy, and community participation
Evaluate programs that increase resident involvement
Lead welcome programs for recent residents




Create event schedules and resident newsletters
Develop volunteer programs for in-person and remote participants
Requirements: Degree or diploma related to aging and wellness
At least one year developing programs for seniors
Minimum one year managing or supervising
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual technologies
Bring senior programming, leadership, communication, and wellness expertise to strengthen resident engagement at Sienna Senior Living communities.
