Key Responsibilities: Lead on-site security guards during assigned shifts
Manage and maintain the team’s daily schedule
Ensure guards follow and understand current instructions
Issue and manage access cards
Complete daily and incident reports
Requirements: Authorization to work in Canada
Excellent leadership skills
One to three years’ security and team management experience
Valid security license
First aid certification is an asset
Support GardaWorld’s Calgary commercial site through solid supervision, security operations, access management, and customer service.
