Ledcor’s entry-level license training chance is designed for safety-oriented people building a stable career in highway maintenance. Selected applicants receive support upgrading from Class 5 to DZ and developing skills for winter operations. Duties may span summer operations and changing weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in fully funded DZ license upgrade training
Acquire skills for safe winter snowplow operation
Assist with highway maintenance across seasonal operations
Work assigned shifts, nights, and on-call schedules
Commit to camp-based rotational work requirements
Requirements: Minimum age of 18 years
Unrestricted Class 5 license and clean driver’s abstract
Successful MTO medical and vision screening completion

Physical ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
