As a Personal Banking Associate, you will address daily advice needs, banking questions, and customer problem resolution. You will support recent accounts, investment advice, banking solutions, and referrals within Personal & Commercial Banking. The position requires customer experience skills, sound judgement, and accurate process completion.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking




Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
Recommend branch process improvements supporting customer experience
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Complete Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
Use MS Office, branch software, and internet proficiently
Understand banking solutions and processes for customer advice
