As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will support branch customers with day-to-day advice needs and service transactions. You will guide customers toward suitable contacts, accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions. The position emphasizes customer relationships, confidential judgement, accurate processes, and explicit communication while supporting frontline operations and customer problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts




Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Complete business processes and accurate documentation
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within six months
Proficiency with MS Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Build customer relationships at TD through banking advice, digital education, accurate processes, and dependable frontline support.
