As a Youth Worker with 360°kids' HOPE Program, you will support youth who have experienced sexual exploitation through human trafficking. This newly created role combines in-person assessment, goal setting, life skills coaching, and youth-focused counselling. Services adapt to distinct populations and evolving program components.
Key Responsibilities: Assess youth needs and begin movement toward greater stability
Coordinate life skills sessions and provide ongoing mentoring
Mediate conflicts and support resolution of youth disputes
Assist youth with housing and community program access




Report critical incidents and maintain case-related documentation
Requirements: Post-secondary human services education or equivalent experience
Understanding of domestic human trafficking and youth issues
Knowledge of legislation and case management principles
Client-focused counselling and positive role-modelling skills
Availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
Bring sound judgement, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills to individualized youth support within the evolving HOPE model.
