As an RPN, you will provide care for residents in accordance with practice standards. You will develop, implement, review, and evaluate care plans while guiding personal care staff. The position also includes orienting and training new team members.

Requirements: Current registration with the provincial College of Nurses
Compassionate approach to resident care

Effective English reading, writing, and communication skills
Support Hamilton residents through registered nursing care, staff leadership, care planning, and effective English communication.
