Protect Calgary properties through tactical security, customer service, and visible patrols. This position offers full-time, part-time, and casual hourly schedules.
Guardteck Security seeks reliable, professional guards for retail, commercial, and multi-tenant sites. You may patrol shopping centres, monitor CCTV, manage access, assist visitors, and respond to emergencies. The work combines strong observation, documentation, and calm communication.
Key Responsibilities: Patrol retail areas, mall floors, parkades, and assigned posts
Maintain visible, professional security presence throughout properties
Monitor CCTV and access control systems as assigned
Respond to alarms, disturbances, medical incidents, and fires
Complete accurate activity, incident, and inspection documentation
Requirements: Valid Alberta Security Guard License required
Previous tactical and hands-on security experience required
First Aid and CPR certification required or obtainable
Strong computer, observation, and critical thinking skills
Ability to walk 15,000 to 20,000 steps per shift
Bring tactical security experience, emergency readiness, and qualified customer service to Guardteck sites across Calgary.
