Position: Server

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours, with occasional evening shifts based on event requirements

Wage: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Responsibilities

Set up tables according to established standards.

Adapt room layouts based on reservations and operational requirements.

Take orders efficiently and courteously.

Advise guests on wines and beverages to enhance their experience.

Ensure food service from the kitchen to the dining area.

Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guests' needs.

Maintain a welcoming environment and provide high-quality guest experience.

Demonstrate versatility and respond to daily operational needs.

Qualifications

1 to 2 years of experience as a server in a hospitality or food service workplace.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus.

Reliable and punctual.

Strong team player.

Ability to manage stress and remain efficient during busy periods.

Well-organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Flexible and highly adaptable.

Good physical stamina and ability to remain standing for extended periods.
