Alignerr seeks an experienced nurse with health IT knowledge for hourly AI training work. You will assess whether AI reflects nursing workflows, clinical documentation, and real EHR usage. The contract supports 10–40 hours weekly, with asynchronous collaboration and no meetings required.
Key Responsibilities: Review AI-generated clinical content, documentation, and workflows
Evaluate accuracy, safety, and real-world clinical applicability
Assess AI alignment with nursing practice and EHR usage
Identify gaps, errors, and unsafe nursing informatics outputs




Provide structured feedback improving healthcare AI model quality
Requirements: Registered Nurse or equivalent clinical background
Hands-on experience in clinical informatics or health IT
Experience with Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR platforms
Understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing best practices
Clear written communication and independent working ability
