As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will assist the Pharmacist or Registered Pharmacy Technician with prescription fulfillment. The work includes patient support, accurate pharmacy records, and computer-based processing. Microsoft Office proficiency, organization, and communication skills are key for this position.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Pharmacist with filling prescriptions
Support the Registered Pharmacy Technician filling prescriptions
Assist patients picking up prescriptions
Enter, scan, and process prescriptions using Kroll
Maintain accurate pharmacy files and computer drives
Requirements: High school diploma preferred
Pharmacy experience considered an asset
Kroll proficiency considered an asset
Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
Organized, accurate, and able to multitask
