You will operate lawn tractors, loaders, dump trucks, snow ploughs, and related equipment. The work includes maintaining lawns, roadsides, parking lots, walkways, and commercial building entrances.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain tractors, loaders, trucks, and snow equipment
Cut, fertilize, water, rake, aerate, and maintain lawns
Plant flowers, grass, shrubs, trees, and lay sod
Remove and salt snow from parking lots and entrances
Service and repair equipment as required
Requirements: Experience operating heavy equipment
Pesticide use certificate
Valid driver’s license
Good interpersonal communication skills
Ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work
